Hey everyone!
So, It's been a really long time since I have written a blog post... A REALLY long time. To be honest with you I kind of gave up... I wasn't getting many views so I felt like it was a waste of time. But seriously... was that any reason to give up?
Today I asked myself "who am I really doing this for?"
And to be honest I was doing it partly because I am very passionate about make up... but in all reality I just wanted to become "famous" or make money or get free stuff. -That is not what I want anymore.
I'm going to start doing this for me. not for the money, free stuff, or for the hope of fame. I am going to write about make up, about life, about my feelings, my hopes, my dreams, whatever I feel like writing about! I'm AM still going to do reviews on make up though! That's pretty much what this blog will be about. BECAUSE I am so passionate about make up. But I don't want to make that the only thing I talk about.
I'm getting married next year!! So, there will probably be some wedding planning going on here as well.
I am so sorry this post was all over the place but just thought I would share this with you all and let you all know I AM STILL ALIVE and I will be making a come back! I swear! I think that starting this up again will be so so good for me. So bare with me. I thank you al for the support. And I hope to be sharing many amazing things and moments with you all!

One Direction Makeup Line
Hello everyone!!!
Today I am going to be talking about the One Direction Makeup Line. I got the opportunity to try out some of the new make up from the line itself! If you're interested in learning more about that then keep reading! :)
First we are going to start out with their Mascara... You get three mascaras to a pack; in the pack contains three colors: Blue, Yellow, and Pink. I would show you a picture of the way they look on the lashes but I haven't been getting much sleep so I wouldn't want to scare ya! (; Haha However, I do have pictures of the packaging and wand. The wand of the mascaras is your typical run of the mill wand nothing too fancy! Here are those pictures:
The Mascara went on pretty easily... took a couple of coats to get the color vibrantly! Didn't clump but dried quickly! I give them a 4/5!
Next we have Nail poslish. You also got three nail polishes in the package as well as 3 glitters! Here are some pictures of the packaging, the applicator, how they look on the nails, and the glitter:
I give the nail polish a 4/5 due to the fact that it took a couple coats to even get a good color pay off.
Last but not least we have Lip Gloss! You get 3 to a pack as well as the others! Here are some pictures of the packaging, some swatches, and the applicator:
These Lip Glosses are actually pretty good! They are not sticky at all! Which is always a plus! They are very glittery but not in a bad way... the glitter almost makes it feel like an exfoliate haha Which I'm not complaining about at all... I give the lip glosses a 5/5 due to the fact that they're not sticky and they have a great color pay off for a lip gloss!
Overall I give the line a 5/5 due to all of the products being great for what they are and the packaging is great as well... doesn't look or feel cheap!
I recommend these products for any One Direction fan, young girl, or any one who isn't afraid to mess around with bold colors and products!

Old Factory Candles
Hey everyone!!!
Today, I am doing a review on Old Factory Candles! These candles retail for 25$ and you get 3 2oz soy candles. Now the 3 candles you receive are totally up to you! They have a variety of different candles to choose from.

I chose 'Man Cave' because I wanted my boyfriend to be able to enjoy the candles as well... AND BOY DID HE! I swear he was obsessed with these candles. Everyday when we woke up or when he got home from work HE WOULD light one. The candles are very strongly scented but without be overbearing.

I think that the packaging on these candles is amazing! They are so tiny and cute and I just can't get enough. You can tell that they are high end candles because the packaging is not cheap at all! I give the packaging a 5/5!
Sent wise I give it a 5/5 as well!
Now, Lasting power is where things get a little iffy... I've had them for about two weeks and I've already burned through 2 of them :( That's probably most likely because my boyfriend burned them almost 24/7 though. I give the lasting power a 4/5
Overall, I give the candles a 5/5 and definitely recommend you going and getting you some or getting some for a gift for someone special.... especially with the holiday season coming up!

KISS InstaWave
Hey everyone!!
Today I have a really exciting post for you all! I'm going to be talking about the Kiss InstaWave!
I recently received one in the mail from Kiss Products through Brand Backer and let's just say I was SUPER excited!
The Kiss InstaWave is a fully automatic tangle-free curler that instantly creates beautiful curls! I was really excited about this!
They say it's easy for anyone to use, from any angle, with any had. I'm not so sure about this one... I'm not sure if it's just because my hair is short or what... but I found it very difficult to use. I actually have not been able to use it properly! They have videos of how to use it on their website and I tried to follow that but it was just too hard for me. :( I honestly think it's because my hair is short and VERY thick. I think that If you have short hair and it isn't very thick or if you have long hair; thin or thick this would be PERFECT and super easy for you to use and that is why I am very excited to grow my hair out so I can use this curler more!
Unfortunately, I do not have a video or pictures on how to use it due to the fact that I couldn't get it to work for me but below is a step by step process you could use to create your own perfect curls!
Step 1) Hold the InstaWave vertically
Step 2) Place a section of your hair on the on the InstaWave Curling Rod
Step 3) Determine which way you'd like the curl to go and use the dial pad to do so either going left or right and watch the Instawave catch the hair and create the curl!
~~Tip: Switch between the two to create more natural looking curls!
Step 4) Wait 5-10 seconds depending on how tight you want the curl. 5 seconds for beachy waves and 10 being for really tight curls.
Step 5) Simply pull the Instawave straight down after holding for the amount of seconds you want and wallah there you go! Just repeat these steps until your hair is complete!
This curler has some awesome features that make me super excited about using it as well! Below I have put together a list of all that it has!
~Features a Curl Dial with left/right curl directions
~ Easy to use from any angle and with any hand
~Automatically shuts off after 90 minutes
~2 heat settings with a low/high switch with a maximum temperature of 420
I think that all of these features are super nice and you don't get them with a lot of different curling rods that are out there! It also leave your curls looking soft and shiny!
~~I definitely recommend trying the Kiss Instawave out!

Wet n' Wild Matte Topcoat
Hey everyone!!!
So I've been loving the new matte trend along with pretty much everyone and their grandmothers! Well, I especially love matte nails and I know a lot of companies are coming out with matte nail lines... but to be honest with you I'm really not a fan of some of the colors they have come out with. SO! To solve that problem I've been looking for a topcoat that will turn all of the nail polishes I already have and love so very much into matte.

SO! To solve that problem I've been looking for a topcoat that will turn all of the nail polishes I already have and love so very much into matte.
AND I FINALLY FOUND ONE THAT WASN'T EXPENSIVE AT ALL!!
Here is how I found it; I was browsing around Five Below yesterday just to see what they had going on when I came across a Wet n' Wild collection they had on display AND THERE IT WAS. A matte topcoat that was only 99 cents!
Now I already love Wet n' Wild nail polishes. Well, I love Wet n' Wild EVERYTHING but that's a topic for another time. Anyway... I HAD to have it so, obviously I bought it!
---Side note--- I've been really wanting to do a french tip super badly.
Sooooooooo, that's what I did! (:
I decided to paint my nails with one of my Julep nail polishes I received in the color Ledi and then I used the matte topcoat on top. The end result made me very happy! It dried really quickly which is ALWAYS a plus and the finish is obviously matte and very beautiful! The way the matte polish applied on top of the julep polish was GREAT. They worked very well together and I have a feeling I'll be using this topcoat for a VERY long time!
-I give the topcoat a 10/10-

I definitely recommend you going out and picking this up! I don't think you'll regret it AT ALL! I'm sure you can find it anywhere they sell Wet n' Wild but like I said I found it at Five Below!

Influenster
Hey Guys!!!
Sorry I've been M.I.A. again... I've just been doing a lot of cleaning around the house. Lame, I know! I promise it won't happen again! Haha
Anyway... Today I'm going to talk about Influenster. If you've never heard of Influenster it's basically this website that you can go to and write reviews on products and companies! The cool thing about is sometimes you get the opportunity to do campaigns! In these campaigns you get the opportunity to work with companies, enter sweepstakes, and get boxes from influenster that contain free products for you to try out and review! That's what happened for me!!
Influenster sent me the Moda VoxBox for free! I didn't even have to pay for shipping. It was 100% free! Which is awesome, am I right?!
In my box I got a total of 7 full size products and a deluxe size sample which is approximately 50$ worth of products! I think that's pretty awesome!

I've used most of the products already and I am in love!
I can't wait to continue trying out the products!! I'll keep you updated on how well I enjoy them!!

First Impression of the COLOURPOP LIPPIES!
Hey Ladies!!
Today I got my ColourPop Lippie Stixs in the mail! YAY, I KNOW!! I just ordered a Lippie Stix and the matching Lippie Pencil in the color Creature, which is apart of their matte line. One of the things I love about this company is that with the lippie stix there's always a matching lippie pencil! Makes thing 100% easier!
Like I said I got my lippie stix and pencil in the color Creature. Creature is a BEAUTIFUL oxblood red!! Super dark and vampy. Definitely PERFECT for the fall time! It's a little bit too dark for me but that's okay... I'll make it work!

The one on the left is the lippie stix and the one on the right is the lippie pencil! They are seriously the exact same color which is AWESOME! Usually you find that the lip pencil is slightly different in shade than the lipstick. I give the color pay off a 10/10!!
When I was swatching the two on my hand they both went on super smoothly and oh so very creamy! Note: these are apart of the matte line so for them to be super creamy like that is an amazing thing! Some matte lipsticks can be super drying and I didn't feel like that was the case at all with these. I give the application a 10/10 as well!

I like the boxes that these come in!! They are super cute! Now as for the packaging of the actual products themselves I think they are pretty great as well! They don't feel cheep and they're super sleek which is AWESOME! They can fit super easily anywhere! I love how the color on the end is pretty much identical to the color of the lipstick on the skin! Sometimes you find that the color preview on the bottom or top of the packaging is always a little different from the color that it actually gives off! I give the packaging a 10/10!!!
Now the price of these is EVEN BETTER! Each Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencil are 5$ a piece. THAT'S RIGHT 5$!! They also have eyeshadow which is also 5$ a pop but I have yet to try those out!!
Overall I give the Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencil a 10/10! I definitely recommend you going HERE and getting you a couple of them! I know I will be getting some more!! THEY ARE SO WORTH IT! Do you want to know another plus?!!? They are made right here in the good ol' USA!!! Also,This company IS VEGAN FRIENDLY so it just keeps on getting better and better!
